LIEBE ENTERTAINMENT GROUP (LEG)

The Liebe Entertainment Group was started by William Liebe an entrepreneur who believes that the best days of the movie exhibition industry are far from over. Mr. Liebe is the sole owner of LEG and under his guidance the company is activity pursuing an aggressive expansion of its theatre circuit. This expansion is anticipated to result in the company adding up to 20 first run theater locations to its circuit within the next five (5) years. LEG is strictly ownership oriented.

Currently LEG is seeking to acquire second generation 8 and 12 screen first run theaters with plans to restore and upgrade them by adding 3D digital projectors, new screens and drapes, new seating and an updated concession area with digital menus and expanded menu items to increase sales and provide quality food and beverages.

To achieve his goals Mr. Liebe has hired a core group of movie executives who together have many years of experience in all aspects of the theatre industry e.g. real estate, operations, marketing film buying and any other functions required to operate profitable first run movie theatres.

The company’s guiding principle is to have each theater operate as a friendly neighborhood cinema with theatre management taking a pro active involvement in their local communities. Using economies of scale LEG offers their entire family of theaters the ability to benefit as a chain with group consumer promotions and buying power. In addition LEG’s admission prices, compared to the competition, is always a value as are the moderately priced concession items.
